Cleaning: Any items brought in that is not owned by Stuart Alexander Productions or One Source Events are required to be removed by client at the end of the event.
A cleaning fee of $250 may be added if items are left behind 

Included in your rental with tables, chairs and black or white table linens, a wi-fi, sound system with a microphone for Business events only.

The team from The loft DSM is responsible for set-up and removal of items included with rental before and after your special event in order to remove all of the stress and restore more of the fun at your event. Your rental also includes our event manager on site for the duration of your event, available to answer any questions you may have throughout the evening.

Ample parking is available for the use of your guests. Our staff is also available for unloading/loading items you bring to The Loft DSMto your event for a rate of $75/hour with advanced notice and arrangements.
